I started getting into nail polish in middle school, and that's about as girly as I was back then. Lol. Anyways, I was obsessed with glitter nail polish (still am today) and doing designs as well. I would paint flowers and hearts on my nails, etc.
Now fast forward to College, while working at the library one of the librarians had just come back from Japan and she brought all these Japanese nail magazines with her. I was in shock by the fact that 1. They were into nails like that in Japan and 2. They had magazines dedicated solely to nails! Honestly, I had ONLY seen this with African-American women. Yeah we definitely made it big over here first : )
Anyways, the magazines are awesome! They show you all the different designs you can do and how to do some yourself. I wish we could get them here in America.
