Erin Kaplan is ELLE Magazine's Public Relations Director, and you can also catch her on "The City". Which is one of my favorite reality shows by the way. It's a great show for someone wanting to go into the fashion industry, it gives a great behind the scenes look. She is my favorite on the show for so many reasons, she's professional, smart, and hardworking. I would love to have her job. I admire people who are great at their profession, which is what I try to do myself.
